From Emotionalism to Stability & Spiritual Vibrations of Art

Online

About this Event

Often it is thought that being emotional is being human, but actually emotionalism can distort our view of life and bring unhappiness. In fact, emotional stability is essential to experience calmness and to truly be a support for others. This session will help you identify the different shades of emotionalism such as negative thinking, feeling easily hurt, emotional sensitivity, and getting overly excited, that impact us and others. We will provide you with practical tips on how to overcome them in your particular situation.

When appreciating visual art, we tend to focus on the appearance. In this session we will present our spiritual research on the vibrations emitted by art of different artists. The findings may surprise you how works of art can impact the viewer and the environment positively or negatively.

The Spiritual Science Research Foundation is holding an online series on Spirituality based on the courses of the Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay (Maharshi University of Spirituality). You can choose to attend one or more courses. The series of courses is 3 hours long and in just a few short courses, it can give you momentum to start or reinforce your spiritual practice.

Session Schedule:

  • Introduction - 5 minutes

  • Guided self-healing session - 15 minutes

  • Achieve emotional stability - 1 hour 40 minutes

  • Spiritual vibrations of art - 50 minutes

  • Questions & Answers and Conclusion - 10 minutes
